As a leading academic who has also spent over 20 years working in organizations, Libby is an internationally renowned expert on work and the workplace, the MBA Director and Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Bond University. She is a leading thinker on understanding the future of work, and how we can reimagine work to live more meaningful and creative lives. She has spoken at TEDx and is an Agenda Contributor at the World Economic Forum.

Libby's passion is in working with individuals and organizations to think differently about how traditional work and workspaces are designed and to inspire them to adopt a fresh, more sustainable approach. Her research has shown this is beneficial for our physical and mental wellbeing, which in turn encourages more collaboration, creativity and growth.
