Dr Libby Sander is an internationally renowned academic expert on the future of work and the workplace.
Libby is a leading thinker on understanding the future of work, and how we can re-imagine work to live more meaningful and creative lives. She has spoken at TEDx and is an Agenda Contributor at the World Economic Forum. She is the MBA Director and Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Bond University and was awarded the Vice-Chancellor’s Award for University Teacher of the Year in 2109. Libby has a PhD in Organisational Behaviour, and also holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts in Japanese, and Bachelor of Business. She is a former State and National Junior Champion in Equestrian.
Libby’s articles on her research on the international academic website The Conversation have over 2.8 million readers and have been republished in leading mastheads nationally and internationally including Harvard Business Review, the BBC, Newsweek, ABC, and all major Australian newspapers. She has appeared on ABC TV’s Catalyst featuring her research, Al Jazeera World, Sunrise, ABC News, SBS, The Drum and has been interviewed on numerous international podcasts, including most recently for Forbes Books in the USA.
Nearly every week Libby is on a national radio program as the trusted academic source when any news breaks about the workplace with these interviews being syndicated again to hundreds of radio stations around the country. She is regularly featured on radio and in national & international media including for The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Financial Times, BBC, The Guardian, ABC, SBS, Channel 7 and 3AW Melbourne commenting on issues on work, the workplace, society & future trends in organisations.
For over 20 years Libby has been sought out to consult to blue-chip multinationals, and to provide executive coaching for CEOs and leadership teams of some of the world’s leading organisations.
