A 21-Day Challenge.

The Reset Challenge is specifically intended to pull you out of the usual start-of-the-year way of being and offer an immersive sanctuary for you to think deeply and differently about what you really want this year. From work and life.

Week One: Breaking Patterns

During this week you’ll be guided to break down the thinking and barriers that are holding you back from where you would really like to be. We explore what you should stop doing and what you perceive to be impossible but that might change everything.

Week Two: Scaffolding Success

In Week Two, we introduce a raft of evidence-based ideas and structures that will support you to reimagine and reset work and life in a whole new way. No silos or isolated actions here, we take a systems thinking approach across work and life with habits, practices, and tools that elevate everything.

Week Three: Think Wild

The stage is now set to escape the boredom of incremental change and think wild. We uncover how to enhance creativity and divergent thinking, develop foresight and expertise in new fields, ways to experience deep flow and deep work more often, and how and why to build a second and third brain.

What’s included?

While some of us can’t wait to launch headlong into a new year (all that opportunity and promise!), I think the opposite is also true for many of us. And often, we feel both of these things at the same time.

How can I feel excited about starting something new when I didn’t finish—or even start—the thing I really wanted to last year?

It’s hard to feel energised when we’re burned out at work, unsure about our relationships or the general direction of our career and life, drowning in an inbox that’s now in four figures, and have no real reason to believe that a new year is going to make any difference to any of this.

And any time we allow ourselves to think about making a change in just one of these areas, we find ourselves immediately rationalising that the switching cost is just too high.

That bonus cheque means I get ten days of vacation in very Instagram-worthy places each year. That makes the other 355 days of mediocrity worth it, right?

And then—how can I possibly go through decades more of feeling unfulfilled and unseen in this relationship or job? But I don’t hate them/it, and hey, it could be much worse, right?

This is where Rethink: The Reset comes in. You can start your year with intention, with stories, evidence-backed ideas, questions to ponder, actionable steps, trends and insights, recommendations on things to read, watch, and try, and a few products I love that might help make work and life more beautiful along the way.

These are yours to keep, and you can go through them anytime. But I encourage you to dive in, create some space to come back to yourself, and use these tools to reimagine what’s possible in 2025 in a whole new way.

    The Reset Challenge follows three themes: Breaking Patterns, Scaffolding Success and Thinking Wild. Join us and see what else might be possible.
